I understand that I am donating to the Earth Stewardship Foundation and that my contribution is nonrefundable. I have not received anything of value or any goods or services in exchange for my contribution.

I understand that out of the donations made to it, the Earth Stewardship Foundation will contribute to charities at its sole discretion.

I authorize the Earth Stewardship Foundation to charge my credit card for the amount I entered in the online process.

4.

I understand that the Earth Stewardship Foundation is a qualified charitable organization and that the letter from the Internal Revenue Service that recognizes Earth Stewardship Foundation as a qualified charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the US Tax Code is available upon request.

I understand that I need to confer with my own tax advisor regarding the extent to which my donation is deductible for my personal income taxes.

I understand that my generosity will trigger a second benefit to the Earth Stewardship Foundation, as Tom Mower Sr. will see that a corresponding contribution is made through one of his business entities. The amount of that contribution will reflect Tom Mower Sr.'s generosity and will be determined at his sole discretion.
